Payments do you accept?
Stardust Girly Punk Accepts Master Cards, Visa Cards, Pay-Pal, and Pay-Pal Credit and also process through Square. We now also Accept Cryptocurrency ( ETH, BTC, LTC, & ETC ) as a form of order payment. Additional payment processing methods can be negotiated by contacting us using our contact page.
What happens when I make an Order?
Please note that processing may take up to 3 days, first your account is charged, after charge you should receive a receipt within 24 hours. After the shipment has completed you will then be emailed a personal order page link that will display your order information, shipping tracking link, and warranty status. All orders have a 14-day refund policy and are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee warranty. Coverage does not cover lost or stolen product(s).
Tell me about Shipping?
Most of our products ship from our warehouses within 5 to 7 business days however Crafted and international products take a lot of time to make and ship. Why so long? Some of our products are from global small businesses or individual people who sell their products on our store. So please we apologize in advance if your items are not received in a timely matter. Typically expect orders to be 7 days to arrive. We will inform you if you have ordered a hand crafted product that may be delayed in shipping.
Refund/Return/Warranty Policy
As a reminder, you should have or will be sent a link to access your warranty page via email after you make a purchase. Expect this email to be sent between 2 to 3 business days. Once active your purchase is protected by a 30-day warranty. If you wish to void your warranty and return your purchase for a full refund then our policy is a 14-day return policy for undamaged/unworn goods. We are always on the lookout for more suppliers and commissioned employments. All suppliers and Commissioned Employees must sign and return the Commission & Supply Contract.
