You might be concerned about how our organization is legal? Here is how it works. Stardust Girly Punk. Operates under a Retail License to buy, sell, and/or Retail Brands. We do not sell items you do not have full ownership of. 

If you are an artist or writer then you agree as the author to give Stardust Girly Punk co-ownership of all Products, artwork, or literature you submit to our store.

But Stardust Girly Punk, What if I Don't Have a Brand license for my products?

 

If you the seller does not have the proper legal licensing to retail your products then Stardust Girly Punk highers you as a commissioned Employee. Unfortunately, that also gives Stardust Girly Punk legal right to your products under our Branding rights. We strongly suggest getting the proper paperwork required to continue to own your handmade products. But if you choose not to that is okay we will Brand it. 

As a Commissioned Employee you are paid weekly based on your personal sales of the product you submitted.
